Barefoot provides training services to help customers to fully utilize the power of Barefoot's solutions. You will be surprised to find out how powerful and flexible the software is, and how quickly you can get up to speed. Online manual and hands-on session are provided for each of the training classes. Barefoot can deliver training class remotely, in Barefoot's training facility or on customer site. To inquiry about the cost and schedule training class, call us at 781-756-0785. Administration of Barefoot Solutions (2 hours) Description: This training class is geared towards system administrators that handles IT administration work for customers. Such topics as Barefoot Agent™ and iLink™ system set up, back-up, restore, simple trouble shooting, upgrade with Barefoot's upgrade package, user administration are included. This training class is required for ASP customers. Pre-requisites: Sufficient IT knowledge to set up and deploy networks under MS Windows environment. Standard User Training Class (2 hours) Description: This training class is given to all users of Barefoot Solutions, and covers all day-to-day user scenarios. Pre-requisites: Understanding of relavant business. Necessary IT knowledge such as email, web, web browsing, turn-on/turn-off of computers. Management User Training Class (2 hours) Description: This training class is given to users with management (office policy, financial, human resource, reporting) responsibilities. Pre-requisites: Standard User Training. Computers, Networks and Web (2 hours) Description: This training class is geared towards users that doesn't have sufficient computer skills. This is required for customers that needs basic computer operation knowledge. Pre-requisites: None.
